So I know I set up the palace blog post below as if I was going to post a million photos, but after my visual galavant through the Hagia Sophia, I think I'm going to short-change the palace in favor of getting on with it and posting about food. Typical, I know. I thought this shot was a good segway...

Another thing that you should look into is sharing this flan with your friends and family. Maybe you could have a type of flan festival that would be appealing to everyone in your circle who likes to make flan or who likes to eat flan. One way that you could plan this would be to send out an invite to everyone that you know using your 4G connection. When you are able to tell the whole world that you love flan and that you are going to be celebrating flan at your house or at your place, then you should not be surprised if 100's of people turn out.
