Amazing how a few guys in Converse sneakers and jeans can captivate an audience.

Dave is certainly enjoying his coffee.

Since there wasn't a lot of room to move around, I figured it was a nice chance to snap some close-ups. Fortunately for the photographer, Rob's hand has more energy than most people have in their bodies.

Raising the bar is one thing, but catching it is a completely different story.

The ladies of N.C. State's gymnastics team celebrate a close-to-perfect beam routine at last Saturday's meet against Penn State.

A little levitation?

Getting up pretty early to catch a glimpse of the early morning Grand Central Station crowd, Luke and I had a great time checking out the people and the architecture of this cultural landmark. I, of course, tried to imagine it was 1945 where men with trenches and fedoras would escort wasp-waisted, red-lipped ladies through the most fashionable, travelled station in the country.

"So I says to the broad, I says, "no more pastrami!" and what do I got? Pastrami!"

Taken in Lower Manhattan, it sometimes surprises me how photogenic a building can be. Unfortunately, the more architectural shooting I do, the more I realize that that won't always be true.

I loved Claire's sparkling feather duster toy. Maybe Carlo is right.

A classic fall image of Pittsburgh, showcasing the city's many bridges at dusk. If you're wondering why the fountain is pink, the city decided to show its support for breast cancer awareness month in a rather unique way.

As one of the largest ballroom dance competitions in the country, the Ohio Star Ball gave me plenty of chances to utilize its theatrics to my utmost advantage. Although I tried to stay out of the camera's way, I wouldn't be surprised if I show up on the PBS broadcast of this event in February. Oh well . . .

This chick means business.

I like the lines in this shot.

I managed to catch a nice dip from a couple competing in the "Rising Star" category at the Ohio Star Ball on Sunday.

I'm sure Miss. Allie Long (18) is happy no one ran this picture.

What can I say, I had a great time.

A portrait of everyone's favorite audio technician, taken sometime last year. If you didn't notice, he also happens to be king of some distant land named, "Innovation Park".

Despite having to use a flash, being freezing cold and being quite wet, I still really like this shot. I'm sure the CDT would have liked it too had I not immediately turned around to shoot something else, forgetting to grab their names. Oh the trials and tribulations of learning the tricks of the trade.

Anyway, the witches at the Haunted Granary ordered a few couples to share gummy worms, Lady and the Tramp style. As you can see, it was pretty cute, but also pretty funny.

Posluzny's eyes don't even begin to reflect the disappointment heard in Joe Paterno's voice, 10 minutes prior to this photo.

With Posluzny (31) locked in a stare-down, I don't think Illinois quarterback Isiah Williams (7) is going anywhere.

An all right interception by Penn State safety, Anthony Scirrotto (7), if I don't say so myself.

Oh Justin King, are you daydreaming of first downs again?

Derrick McPhearson (4), a wide receiver for Illinois, makes a nice catch during Saturday's game.

"Thou didst mold us dear old State"

So, what is it that other schools do on Saturdays? I mean, I don't bleed blue and white, but look at that!

Three-year-old Ava Farahani was ready to go cheer for her Nittany Lions prior to Saturday's match up against Michigan.

When I say JoePa, you say terno! JoePa! Terno! JoePa! Terno!

Oh hey lion. Great hair.

So the polar bears were under construction and the 8-week-old tiger cubs were only allowed to be seen by the vets, sooo I settled for the octopus. Cool tentacles though, huh?

This is certainly a case where there is just as good of a picture in the crowd as there is on the field. Look at those faces!

Defensive end, Tim Shaw (20) attempts to sack Andrew Brewer, quarterback for Northwestern.

Tailback, Tony Hunt (26), dives over the pile to make a Penn State touchdown against Northwestern.

"Let me say one more time . . . I never worry about things until I have to. Ok?? If I can't do anything about it, I don't worry about it" -at the post-game press conference in response to whether or not Penn State would play Minnesota on 10/7.

When someone asks me about my quintessential image of a college football player, I will just refer them to this photo. Paul Posluzny, you are my epitome of a linebacker.

Lauren, a friend of my brother, kindly allowed me to shoot her freshmen supplemental housing dorm for an assignment. I give Lauren and the other six other girls in the converted lounge a lot of credit for mantaining their sanity. I mean, I couldn't even deal with two other girls in a room.

Two of D. Greenberg's acupuncture models outline the energy channels of the male and female body, complete with acupoints. Hair-fine needles are inserted into these points to aid the body in balance and function.

Portait of an acupuncturist. Looks creepy? Ha, you should have been there.
